Here are some collected random photos of exciting activities of the past few weeks. For instance, a Cell Group social involving, as you can see, rather ridiculous amounts of chocolate. In fact, everything on thos plates, except for the pizza, contained some form of chocolate--chocolate digestives, caramel chocolate digestives, chocolate cake roll, and chocolate fingers. As you can see, we are not the slightest bit intimidated by this fact.

Bowling at Brighton Marina with some folks from Skeptics: Marianne, Aline, Aleks, Savannah, Tara, Becky, and Sara.

An evening at the International Cafe. We are here undergoing enlightening exposure to Yorkshire culture via the consumption of Yorkshire Pudding and Mushy Peas (quite tasty, in fact!)

Poker in the Pub with Hannah, Sara, an American girl whose name I can't remember, Savannah, and her visiting younger sister, Tara

A wonderful slumber party at the on-campus abode of the wonderful Sara (in the middle of this smiling trio). Flanking her are Hannah and Bekka, who were quite the troublemakers in a game of Spastic Mao we played later that evening (Yup, I've participated in the rather gloriously absurd card game's international spread).

The three Americans at the slumber party--me, Liz, and Savannah.

Clare's Birthday! She cuts one of the SIX desserts present at the celebration (five of which were provided by Toby, looking rather pensive in the background there, and having declared it his solemn duty to ruin the diet of anyone silly enough to be on one)

Some of the celebrants at Clare's birthday party, beneath the colorful balloon-festooned ceiling of our well-decorated flat (note hearts from Valentines Day still stuck on walls--a plastic Christmas tree still perches atop the refridgerator behind me as I take this photo, as well...)

Sara, the lovely Scottish lass who works for the chaplaincy and is high on the list of supercool people I will deeply miss when I return to the U.S., on the Sussex campus amidst the wildflowers.

One of many amazingly colorful streets in Brighton

Linda and Keri, my group members for the Creative Drama performance project, re-enact our favorite scene from the production--The Rose Ballet. Though our initial attempts at this section had us rolling on the floor in hopeless hilarity, we did eventually find a way to make it work, and it became quite possibly the most effective section of the piece.

My pose at the top of the show (and at about five different points throughout it, as we repeat the same cycle over and over with variations)
